Goodbyes are for those who love with their eyes…because those that love with their heart and souls there is no such thing as separation~
Heaven received one of the best…my dearest, beautiful, precious boy, Rocky. I brought him home at 8 weeks and he loved, cared and slept by my side for over 14 years….never spending a night apart. I’m so grateful for having such an amazing dog in my life. Rocky gave so much love and joy (with a bit of Jack Russell naughtiness, too). So sweet, funny, happy, silly, smart, loyal, loving, caring, true blue with a pure heart of gold, strong and athletic (wow the boy could swim….he loved “his” pool every day of the year). Without a doubt he was my best friend and loyal companion. Such a blessing.
I always felt his unconditional love…the way he continuously tried to make my life easier by being so loving and attentive. He was my little shadow… my heart and soul. We both knew how much we cherished each other. I love and miss him beyond measure.
I will always and forever be his “mama” like he will always and forever be my boy, Rocky…aka Boo.
Until we meet again, rest in peace my sweet little dog. Know of my eternal love and gratitude for the blessing of YOU!!!
